Cancelling and withdrawing: OSM

Cancelling a plan or a subscription

Home, OSM Business and OSM Enterprise renew until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time:

on the page Cancel contracts here, without signing in;
in your account, under Plan and billing.

The plan or subscription ends at the end of the period you paid for; until then, everything keeps working. Your servers keep working afterwards too, at home, with every update: a server whose license ended runs as OSM Free, and nothing on it is deleted.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. Choose Withdrawal on Cancel contracts here, or send us the form below. Withdrawals are answered at support@osm-os.com.
