Who we are
These terms are between [company name], [postal address] ("we"), and you, the holder of an OSM account.

What the service is
An OSM account and, with a plan, OSM Connect: an address of its own for each of your servers, through our relay, within your plan's limits (how many servers, how fast for each, and how much data a month). We cannot reach into your server: we hold no password, key or session of it.
OSM itself, on your own hardware, needs no account and no plan. Its license terms, and the product keys for OSM Pro, Business and Enterprise, are described in the documentation: Licenses.

Availability
We keep the services running as well as we can, and announce maintenance on the status page.

Prices, payment and renewal
The prices are on the Pricing page; for consumers they include VAT. A plan renews every month or every year until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time; the plan then ends at the end of the period you paid for.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days: see Cancelling and withdrawing.

Acceptable use
No phishing, malware or illegal content through OSM Connect. If a server is used that way, we may turn OSM Connect off for it, and we tell its owner why.

Your servers and your passwords
Your servers, their data and their passwords, and your account's password and second factors, are yours to look after.

Age
Accounts are for people of 16 or older. Buying a plan or a product key needs full legal capacity.
